The mission of Catch a Falling Star is to strengthen the physical and social skills of children of all abilities, while promoting inclusion in everyday living.
Catch a Falling Star promotes socialization and inclusion through after-school programming. At Catch a Falling Star, we believe that children need to learn proper socialization skills and understand inclusion. Children need help to build their confidence and a sense of self-worth. Socialization teaches children to take ownership of their character.
We believe that children must learn to be accountable for their actions with responsible behavior and decision-making. They must learn that in order to receive respect they must first give respect. The children at Catch a Falling Star are improving their behaviors and turning negative thoughts into positive actions.
